First off you are greeted by the angry black old lady and her two texting minions. . . I was asking could I do my root canal there. I had a referral from someone else and my family dentist said I could go anywhere to get the procedure done . . So after I was not greeted the angry lady snatched the paper from me and continued to examine the referral like she never seen one before . .

. Then told me that she didn't have any appointments for awhile which is fine . Because at that point I would never give them my business again . I say again cause many years ago they f*** up my cleaning and I was in pain for weeks . . . But being the forgiving person I am, I was willing to give them another chance!

Staff and dentist are wonderful. They let you make payments and work with you. It does take 2 weeks to get in sometimes and the wait is long, but he's just one dentist. Everyone is friendly and helpful. He's truly in it for the right reasons and not just to make money. He'll adjust your balance just to help you out. He's very gentle, but he has big hands which can leave your mouth sore for a day or so.

People will make an hour drive just to see him. He does excellent work and in my case is working to save my few good teeth. He also does braces for only $3200 with $500 down & $80-$100 a month & will work on payments to suit anyone. He doesn't put you down or make you feel bad. He's easy to talk to and funny too. He's a GREAT dentist overall!!

Will not be back! They have a EXTREMELY rude receptionist every time i have spoken to her and on multiple occasions. The dentist is great his medical staff is great but honestly if you treat your customers poorly they wont come back.

That is your source of revenue, the person handling the phones and front desk should be able to present herself well and with respect for others rather than coming off as someone who doesn't even want your business and putting you on hold for 25 minutes and then proceeding to ask you why you called and your information for a second time. NEVER AGAIN!

It was always between a 2-4 hour wait and visit with a scheduled appointment, just for a filling! Dr. Gilliam is nice, but his staff was rude. The lady that works at the front desk was always mean and gave me attitude. She didn't put my insurance in twice and and tried to charge me as if I didn't have any insurance. She also would let other people ahead of me that signed in after me and had later appointments.

When I called her out on it she said she "over looked me" but still continued to let another person ahead of me. Dr. Gilliam is also short staffed, he's the only dentist. Every time I was there he would numb my face and walk away to work on another patient and by the time he came back to work on me my face wouldn't be numb anymore. So he would give me another shot and repeat the cycle of me waiting while he worked on another patient.

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I went 3 times and the last time I promised myself I wouldn't keep letting myself go through that. I won't be going back.
