I think the doctors are alright. They seem to rush the treatment plan, and not really be privy to your concerns. The front desk staff is hilarious though.

A bunch of girls with attitudes who literally are “the help” acting like they’re doing some over the top job when asked to make a drink. You make average pay, you are average, stop acting like holier than thou by making patients feel uncomfortable when asking you to do something.

We have been so pleased with their downtown Raleigh office. They are so caring and thorough and make sure both our teens are at ease in the process. Shane went above and beyond getting us setup to start the process and it’s been such a pleasant experience. Dr Worthington is exceptional and we feel very comfortable that our boys will have the best results.

They not only address us with excellence they make our boys so comfortable and really care about their experience. The way the address each one individually and work to meet their specific needs is such a blessing. Highly recommend!!!

I had a very negative experience at Gladwell Orthodontics a couple of months ago. I am adding one star because the front desk staff was lovely. They were friendly, offered a welcome gift basket, the wifi password, and water/coffee. However, once I left the lobby, my experience went downhill dramatically. The woman that walked me back and did my consultation seemed annoyed that I was there but also seemed highly motivated to get me to agree to start invisalign with HER specifically.

I had braces in the past and have had one tooth that has moved slightly out of place since then (my smile is in otherwise excellent shape according to all orthodontists). She stated there were no “partial” invisalign options and that my estimate would be just over $7,000 after insurance. She was also condescending and quite literally rolled her eyes in front of me when I asked simple questions about what to expect from the process and about the cost. I never met with one of the doctors there, the woman that did my consultation was about 5’3 and blonde. Her office was the first on the left down the hallway past reception.

(I hope the managers see this review and help her improve her attitude toward patients!) A couple of weeks later I went to a different orthodontist near Charlotte, NC where my parents live. I was offered several options including “partial invisalign” for just over $1,100 after insurance. However, the main difference I experienced was in attitude and willingness to answer questions. Where Gladwell Orthodontics was slightly rude and unwelcoming, the orthodontist in my parents town was more than happy to answer my 2-3 questions and spend time making sure I felt comfortable making an expensive and permanent decision.
