Pretty disappointed in my recent experience. I scheduled 2 new patient appointments (back to back) 2 months ago for myself and my 6yr old kid. The appointments are 80 minutes long so I called today to confirm if there was enough time in between the appointments for me to run down the street to get him from school (probably 10-15 minutes total) or if he was just going to need to come with me for both appointments. I was informed by the staff that there was not enough time in between the appointments so he'd need to come with me.

But also that he couldn't come back into the room for my exam. He'd have to wait in the waiting room by himself. I said that wouldn't work he'd need to be with me. He said that's not allowed.

I said why would they schedule the appointments to be booked back to back like that knowing his age and that he'snot allowed to be with me. He said it was the answering service who doesn't take all those things into account. I asked that the appointments be canceled then. Very disappointing considering how long we've waited and since I'd heard such good things about the dentist!

Business full of great people. I wish I was better with names but the receptionist with the black hair and glasses is sooo very nice. So is the guy behind there too. Dr. Brubaker is very exceptional and intelligent. I enjoyed my time and worth every cent. Hope this helps!

I have been going to Family Dentistry for about a year. Everyone there is fabulous. From Heather and the gentleman (forgot his name) at the front desk, to all the hygienist, to the Boss herself Dr. B.

They care about everything from your teeth to your health in general. Lots of laughs and unbelievable care when times call for serious issues. I’d recommend Family Dentistry to everyone wanting/needing a professional, very caring and welcoming environment. Even the bathroom is clean!! Had to add that 😆
