My entire family were patients of Dr. Brubaker and I felt like she was a pretty good dentist. My oldest son was quoted a price after what the insurance would pay and the bill came out to be hundreds of dollars higher. Turns out, that particular quote was per tooth instead of the total bill so needless to say that was our last visit. It’s been 7 years now and I started having a problem with one tooth. I said to myself that I would just forget about what I felt as though her office getting over on me and return as a patient.
Dr. Brubaker gave me basically one option and if that didn’t work we would try something else and if that didn’t work then something else etc. Of course her option was the more expensive one and not an option that I suggested. I’m not a dentist but I had a feeling that there were more options considering that I could feel part of my filling missing. Today, I visited another dentist for a second opinion and without me saying anything, that dentist told me what needed to be done that I suggested to Dr. Brubaker in the first place which was fixing that filling.
The new dentist didn’t attempt to fix her mouth to suggest an out of pocket cost of $700 for a crown like Dr. Brubaker. After insurance, I will have to pay $19. 40 to get my tooth fixed which is a huge difference! I’m the type of person that never get second opinions but I’m so happy that I did. Thanks, but no thanks!

We tried to schedule an appointment for annual check ups for my husband and I, we got the confirmation that both of us are scheduled (mine is at 10:40am and and his is at 11:00am on the same day). When I called the office this morning, I found out that they never bothered to schedule my husband like they said, who actually is the one that needs to be seen more than I do due his work schedule.
They blamed their "answering team members" who now I find out do not even work there at the dental office, for this mistake, and there is nothing they can do about it. If he wants an appointment, it will have to be another 6 months.
I asked them if they will review my call when I scheduled the appointment and to clarify if they actually made an appointment for both of us, and they then said they cannot, and the recording calls was just for notes? When they clearly said on their automated system that patients' calls are recorded for insurance and training purposes! Unprofessional and rude, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTISTRY.

I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Doctor was thorough, and explained everything well. I couldn’t have been happier.
