I will try to keep this short because I have too many amazing things to say (sorry for misspelled names). From the start, Gayle was great and had a smile in her voice, took care of business. I specifically go here because of Dr. Iman, what an amazing human and doctor, I don't want anyone else working on my teeth.

Tara, she was the cherry on top and made me feel more comfortable than I already did with Dr. Iman. Long road ahead to get us to where we want to be, BUT I trust this team and would recommend them to anyone that will listen.

I am giving 2 stars for the friendly service & receptionists - Gail is great! However, I’ve never been more frustrated than I was during my 2 most recent visits. I switched to this dental clinic under the impression that Dr. Janemi would be my dentist. He was great. But then slowly, over time, I saw him less and less when I went in and before I knew it, I never saw him again.

Every time I go in now, it seems I have a different dentist who I haven’t met before. Most recently, I had to have a crown put on and I sat in the dental chair for almost four hours. I felt like a Guinea pig, quite honestly. I left with a split in my lip - my lip had literally been ripped open and took 2 weeks to heal. I also had severe bruising on my cheek.

It was the most awful experience I’ve ever had at a dentist and I wanted to scream and cry by the end of it. When I went back to get my crown (because the first time; I left with a temporary), I waited FORTY MINUTES in the chair before they actually started doing anything. I’m extremely frustrated & disappointed with my experience here. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but felt this was absolutely necessary given the circumstances.

April Fresh

I will start by saying I haven't minded coming to this office for the past two years. However. . . On Thursday I had a hygienist that condescendingly addressed my brushing habits 3 times over 40 minutes. She also asked if I stopped taking birth control because I'm trying for a baby which might have to do with my mouth x-rays but she didn't say that so instead it was just uncomfortable to me.

Then the dentist came in (I'm assuming), never introduced himself, worked on my mouth, spouted instructions to the hygienist so fast he must've had somewhere more important to be, then left. I felt like I wasn't even a person. Maybe a car in a mechanics shop. At the end of the appointment, my hygienist offered a few dates and I said I couldn't afford to go that often, which she acknowledged then proceeded to schedule me within that time frame anyway. . .

On my second day, I walked in to an empty desk for 10 minutes. When I went in they were fast and polite, I was happy with the attendees, though they clearly know nothing about the desk work because they offered to do a quick fix without disclosing cost and since I don't have insurance it ended up costing me an alarming amount. Also the desk worker wasn't there when I was finished so I found this out at home alone later. Also, after I paid I never got a receipt for me to see a breakdown of my $600, 25 minute visit.
