As someone who works the night shift with unusual schedules, I have always been very particular about appointments. Since coming to this dental office, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. They always take me in promptly at my appointment time and make me feel comfortable and at ease.

The level of care that I have received here has been exceptional. Thank you Dr. Lim, Katie, and staff!

The whole staff is very professional from the time I entered the office and had all my dental work done to the time is was completed. The office is beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend his dental services.

I was the type that hated going to the dentist. These folks have changed that and I now get excited to go! They take extra care to make sure you're always comfortable, explain everything they're going to do before they do it, and disclose all costs before anything is done. Beyond that, they're friendly, competent, and understanding. I strongly recommend Dr. Lim and the rest of the group!

Very disappointed. I chose this clinic because it was the first one that appeared when I searched for a dentist in my app. I went there for a teeth cleaning, and they told me I had to pay $142. I asked for a bill, but they said they don’t send bills and that I had to pay immediately. So, I paid. A week later, I received a bill along with an explanation of benefits from my insurance company.

It stated that I only needed to pay $62. So, I ended up paying more than twice the actual amount. I called my insurance company, and they explained that I should request a refund. I went back to the clinic, explained the situation, and requested a refund. They told me that they only submitted the cleaning service to the insurance company, but in addition to that, they also applied some kind of medication to my teeth. Supposedly, this medication is not covered by insurance, so they didn’t include it in the claim.

And then—ironically—the clinic (the same one that claimed they never send bills) sent me another bill stating that, in addition to the $142 I had already paid, I still owed another $18 and some change. Honestly, teeth cleaning without insurance costs around $100 almost everywhere. And here, with insurance coverage, it somehow costs even more! I don’t know if the doctor himself is aware of what’s going on at the front desk, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this. So, be cautious when it comes to the financial side—wait for the bill from your insurance company before making any payments.
