Kaylynn has been absolutely wonderful during all of my daughter’s dental visits, including her root canal and hygiene appointments. From the very first visit, she made my daughter feel comfortable, calm, and cared for. Her kind and gentle approach truly made a difference, especially during the more difficult procedures like the root canal. She always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter was okay every step of the way.

We’ve had several visits, and every time, Kaylynn was consistently professional, patient, and kind. I’m so grateful for the care she provided and the trust she helped build with my daughter. Dr. Nikki and her team are incredible—professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. This past weekend, my 11-year-old son had a dental emergency after a baseball accident. With our regular dentist closed, I was in a panic trying to find help. Thankfully, Glowing Smiles stepped up. Dr. Nikki got us in right away on a Saturday afternoon, stayed late, and even rearranged the schedule to treat my son.

The entire staff was warm, supportive, and reassuring from the moment we walked in. Dr. Nikki explained everything clearly and made sure he was out of pain and well cared for. Dr. Nikki is awesome!!! She is very caring, patient and helpful. She does not just look at you as an average patient but also as an individual . She has awesome staff who are polite , friendly and courteous. On my last visit, I truly appreciate the assistance I received from Marya who assisted Dr. Nikki with my procedure.
