I had the pleasure of visiting my new dental office for the first time last week, February 13, 2025. It was the office of Dr. Jeffrey O’Connell on Post Road in Fairfield, CT. I always judge an establishment by the courtesy, professionalism, efficiency and pleasantness of the front office person/people, and Linda has it all ! My treatment on that day was with Carissa. She explained to me everything that needed to be done and the reasons for it. I asked all the questions that I needed to, and was informed as to what the next visit would entail.

My experience in Carissa’s care was very good. Today, February 20, my treatment was with Bianca. I can definitely say the same about my treatment performed by her. Although it was a lengthy appointment, the time flew as we chatted every chance we got. Bianca’s bubbly personality was a joy. Dr.

Jeff introduced himself to me at my first visit and immediately put me at ease. Although I did not require his services at either appointment, I now know about the practice all I need to know to assure that I’ll be very comfortable at my next visit. I very highly recommend Dr. O’Connell’s dental practice.

I had an amazing experience here! After going to a few different dentists and not having the greatest experience, Jeffrey O’Connell’s office was absolutely refreshing. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. I had the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had done by Bianca.

Bianca and Dr. O’Connell were extremely professional and informative with all of my questions and concerns about my dental health. I am extremely pleased with my first time here and I will be back!

My family and I switched from the dentist that I started seeing as a kid to Dr. O'Connell a few years ago. The technology, the cleanliness, the professionalism so far exceeded what we were used to. The staff is fantastic.

The appointments are always on time. The hygienists are thorough and are always careful to insure our comfort. We are so happy to have switched our dental care to Dr. O'connell and his team!
