Before selecting a dentist for my 6 year old, I did all the research a parent can do. I chose Good to Grow due to the outstanding Google reviews. After our first visit, things seemed to line up with what others had said; however, the dentist seemed rushed and annoyed with my daughter, as well as myself. I was lectured for not having her see a dentist prior with any disregard to why that case may have been. After my daughter’s procedure on our second visit, the staff were very condescending regarding her “behavior” which was a result of being afraid and pain she was in.

Today we had our third (and probably final) visit. While in the waiting room, I listened to the front desk staff talk down about and make fun of parents for questioning estimates. I am personally one of those parents that questioned the estimate they gave me compared to the estimate my insurance gave me (Good to Grows estimate was almost $300 more). I found the conversation very off putting and unprofessional for a place that serves children. And as expected, I was informed by staff how they were referring my daughter to an oral surgeon due to her “behavior” which again, is a direct result of pain, discomfort, and fear.

You can’t take a child who is new to the dentist, put them in a room away from their parent, strap them down, and expect them to not cry especially when they are in pain. I wish some of the other reviews would have been more honest so I could have made a better informed decision.

One of the best dental practices for kiddos. My son had a procedure done here and he’s now eating, playing and thriving after just 5 days. The doctor and staffs were very friendly and helpful.

They did an amazing job taking care of my daughter on her first visit to the orthodontist. The way they eased her fears to be able to be comfortable was amazing. All around great place to take the kids to get their teeth done. The doctor was very informative, answered my questions thoroughly to where I feel comfortable knowing my daughter is in good hands with her, and knowing she’s going to be okay for surgery.

I diffidently switched my old one to this place in a heartbeat. Thank you for making it a great experience for us all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to my child’s needs. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and at ease. They explained every step of the process, ensuring my child felt comfortable and even excited about their visit.

The office was clean, inviting, and clearly designed with kids in mind. They were also very accommodating with scheduling and made the entire experience stress-free. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for a pediatric dentist who truly cares! Thank you for providing such excellent care—we will definitely be back!
