I was looking for a new dentist after my longtime dentist retired. My initial visit today was very positive. The staff is professional, thorough and pleasant. And I was able to schedule a follow up within a couple of weeks to begin treatment on the issues the doctor found.

My son’s first visit was wonderful, the office was friendly and professional and we were very impressed. Since then, we’ve learned that this office is just HORRIBLE. They said they needed to get an authorization to complete dental work when my insurance changed on January 1. The office has not responded in so months to email or voice mails.

The insurance company has confirmed that they sent the necessary paperwork to the office at the end of January. It’s nothing less than despicable and negligent to completely disregard a patient in need of additional dental work. I’d give less than zero stars if it were possible.

From the moment I called to make my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. Jessica at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly—her positive energy over the phone was just as delightful in person. She set the tone for a genuinely welcoming experience. Joann, who handled my X-rays and cleaning, was fantastic. She was not only kind and patient, but also incredibly efficient at her job.

We had great conversation throughout, and I really appreciated how she took the time to explain things clearly and thoughtfully. You can tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. And then—Dr. Goodale herself! She walked in with such a fresh, sweet presence. Soft-spoken, attentive, and completely on point with her instructions and next steps.

Her energy was so calming, and she made me feel completely comfortable. As a first-time patient, I left feeling seen, heard, and truly cared for. This team goes above and beyond, and I’m so glad I chose this practice. Highly recommended!
