Been a patient for years. Always very happy with the amazing woman at the front desk. The dental assistants & dentists. Today I was given options. A crown, or do nothing. The tooth had half a filling in it & should last causing me No problems. Having no dental coverage the crown cost was eliminated. As I was leaving he called front desk to tell them to charge me $40.

00 for doing nothing. I felt like I was robbed without a gun being pointed at me. A return patient as I’ve been I felt this charge was outrageous. Don’t remember the doctors name other than he being Asian. I’ll be sure not to see him again. Wednesday 5/23.

I absolutely love this dental office. The staff here are all kind, patient & knowledgeable about their respective jobs. I saw Dr. Ly & I was so blown away by his generosity & kindness to my specific issue. Every single time I go there I am treated like one of the family.

I recommend this dental office to anyone who is like me, scared of the dentist, or has an emergency issue they will do their best to get the issue resolved. Their prices are reasonable also. Thank you Dr Ly & everyone else. 🙏

Dr. Gorsen is great. He has been my dentist since I was young. His wife (Molly?) did two fillings for me. I considered leaving at the beginning of the appointment because she did not seem very detail oriented. But I thought maybe I was thinking too much into it and didn’t want to be rude. She often looked up at the TV when she was doing the fillings and seemed easily distracted.

I have unfortunately had many fillings in my life and this is the only time I have ever had ongoing pain after. She said it would be 2 very small fillings. For weeks, it hurt anytime I bit down on something. They were both overfilled (I couldn’t even floss between them). I went back to see Gorsen 4 times where I had to take a half day from work for him to try and file them down. I waited several weeks and the pain persisted between each visit. I called it quits and went to a new dentist who had to completely redo the one filling.

They didn’t want to redo the second filling but now every time I floss, it gets stuck between my tooth and feels like there is a hole under where she filled. I need to go tomorrow for them to look at it because it is causing me significant pain when the floss gets stuck. I have never been afraid to go to the dentist until now after several painful visits and getting fillings redone… I recommend Dr Gorsen but be cautious with Dr. Molly. I’ve heard similar remarks from other patients when I shared my concerns that they don’t trust her dental work
