I visited doctor Duke's office to get my wisdom tooth pulled because of decay, he said my tooth could be saved by removing decay and filling hole, so I consented. When I left his office I still smelled decay on that tooth by taking my finger and rubbing that tooth. I decided to go to my primary dentist, they said the tooth is bad with decay still on the tooth and needed to be pulled,so I paid for the procedure. I went back to Dr Dukes office for a refund for poorly judgement and work.

They would not give me a full refund. Nice guy, however I'm disappointed that he would not stand by his work with integrity and give me a full refund.

My experience with Dr Dukes was great. He thoroughly explained everything to me and gave me a breakdown of pricing for my treatment plan - which is very affordable. I can’t lie, when I pulled up I was a little sketched out from the exterior of the building and the location. But once I was inside, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Been several times now first root canal Dr Davis. He explained everything & no pain. Now im ok to finish my process! Phylicia at the front tries her best to fit you in. Sad office is over an hour away, so glad to ride with a friend who sees Davis too. Govans' Dr. Davis will get you feeling better! PS the big white fish in lobby tank are happy to welcome customers ha!
