I've been coming here since 2013 and I've always been treated with great customer service as soon as I come in. I recently had to come in for an emergency visit and they were able to get me in the next day to address my issue. Dr. Jarwa is super friendly, kind, and makes me feel like I can ask any questions about my dental health and he always has a very practical answer.

I'd feel remorse if I didn't say anything about his wonderful staff. They're all very friendly and there is a family ambiance that makes me feel welcomed and relaxed.

Grace dental knocks another one out of the park. I hate going to the dentist at least I used too. When I started going there couple years ago I couldn’t smile without shame. They have fixed every possible tooth that I have and gave me the ones I didn’t. The best dentist I’ve ever been to with the best staff. Thank you guys.

I have been coming to this place for a few years now. Over time, the quality of service has gone substantially down, while the greed has gone substantially up. First of all, the front desk receptionist, Catalina, is by far the most incompetent and rude person to ever work in a doctors office. (Not to mention she left a 5-star review for Dr Sam herself, which is not unethical at all, but whos keeping track of ethics). I have referred friends, family and even strangers to this place. People have come here off my word. I now regret it and feel embarrassed. My first referral, was billed incorrectly, as many other reviewers have.

I cushioned and spoke highly of the doc, and said it must've been a clerical error. Throughout the years, there was a steady decline in quality. Teenagers are his "dental hygienists. " One of the assistants chipped my tooth due to lack of competency, yet I still let it go. I recently inquired about a revision, which was included in my initial procedure to begin with, and was quoted half of what I paid ($3k) already. I contacted the office and even Dr Sam directly, but no one cared. They thought I was going to just say yes, and proceed. I contacted their vendor to let them know what the office was doing.

I then contacted Dr Sam again, and he wanted me to call him to speak. Rather than him reaching out to me to rectify the situation, he told me, "to call if I wish to speak. " In the recent days, I have switched offices and told everyone that I had referred here to leave his office as well. Dr Sam knows me very well, and knows I would never have left this review unless it was the absolute last resort. I wish you the best and hope you can take this review for face value and make changes.
