I would not recommend this place. The staff is great, Dr. Grace Feng, not so much. This was my first time seeing Dr. Feng. Looked like she has a lot of positive reviews, so I gave her a chance. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews because my experience was similar to another review.

I went in for a cleaning. During the cleaning she said I had 5 cavities (based on my x-rays)! I am in my 50s. I have not (thank goodness) had a cavity since I was 5 years old. I brush and floss daily. I should have listened to my intuition. That's what she told another patient in reviews, that they had cavities. The other patient knew they did not have cavities.

I did too. I don't know why I continued to let her do work on me? But thank goodness she only had time for one side (she said I had more cavities on the other side of my mouth). Because I went to another dentist I trust, but not on my plan for a second opinion. They told me they did not consider what I had as cavities but wear and tear and discoloration on my teeth due to aging. The work that she did do on my teeth, the filling fell out. I will not go back.

My back tooth was hurting and they were able to fit me in the schedule and relieve my pain before I left for vacation. Dr Feng and her assistant were nice and cared. I would go back. Would def recommend.

I took my daughter here for a dental cleaning last Saturday 06/07/2025 , and it was a terrible experience. On the way home, I noticed a visible scratch on her cheek, likely caused by the dental hook during the procedure. She also had bruising inside her mouth from the suction tool. When we returned to the clinic to report it, the staff were extremely rude. They offered no apology and immediately said there would be no compensation.

I requested a call back from the dentist—no one ever followed up. This clinic is rough and careless, especially with children. I strongly advise others to stay away.

Very grateful for the help of Dr. Feng and her staff. They always clearly explain the benefits and potential risks of each treatment plan option which makes me feel we are working together for my teeth problems! This is important because some office just tell you what to do without any explain or give you more options.

Of course Dr. Feng is very skillful especially in solving my tooth nerve problem. Highly recommend!
