I've been a patient for almost 10 years. Last week was an awful experience. The hygienist did a great job, but when the doctor came in to check her work, she was clearly annoyed and didn't give me the time of day when I asked questions. I had a consultation done with an oral surgeon, suggested by doctor Gentner to have a stud put in and eventually a crown. The oral surgeon doesn't accept my insurance apparently so it would be 100% out of pocket.

When I told the doctor this, she just shrugged her shoulders and told me to find one who does accept my insurance and to let her know who it is so she can approve or disapprove. At the end of the appointment, there was no mention of scheduling my next cleaning, which ultimately is fine, because I'll be scheduling with another dentist. This service is not what I expect, especially being a 10 year loyal customer.
