I have 1 child currently doing Invisalign and another being checked regularly, awaiting treatment. We have had such a fantastic experience at Graham Orthodontics. The staff is very kind, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. Dr. Graham is efficient, thorough, kind and helpful. From their scheduling, payment options, communications and office processes, they do an excellent job.

I appreciate that we never wait long for our appointment. I appreciate they communicate through text when I’m unable to answer a call. And I appreciate how easy the Invisalign process has been. I could not recommend Dr. Graham and his staff enough.

Have been with Dr Graham for 8 months now and very pleased with the progress I’m making with Invisalign. Appreciate the slow and steady approach he has taken with my “older” teeth and bones. If I could imagine, design, and build a perfectly functional orthodontist office space, I don’t think I would have thought of everything like Graham’s has. From the excellent staff, to great leadership and knowledge from Dr. Graham, to the freshen-up sink station, this is the whole package business model. And on top of that, state-of-the-art imaging software really blows me away.

We were loyal patients of Dr. Graham’s for more than five years, which includes multiple family members as patients. We stayed through the staffing shortages post-Covid when it was not unusual to wait 30 to 45 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. We never complained. We drove 45 minutes each way because we believed in Dr. Graham’s superior skills. More recently, we even had appointments cancelled by the office while we were driving to the appointment. We never complained. In our five years as patients, more than 50 appointments, we were never late.

Not once. My final straw came when, because of a miscommunication at school that sent my daughter on a field trip, we were going to be 12 minutes late to an appointment. The office policy states that an appointment MAY have to be rescheduled if you’re more than 10 minutes late. The appointment coordinator told me I had to reschedule… over two additional minutes! The heartless hypocrisy led me to seek out a new Orthodontist. And in all honesty, I should thank Dr. Graham’s staff for pushing me. As it turns out, my daughter has gum erosion, bone loss, needs two restorative surgeries in the next six weeks, and double jaw surgery next summer. All of this is to prevent her teeth from falling out of her jaw. Full disclosure, gum erosion can be a side effect of orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Graham had three appointments with my daughter after the gum erosion began; he never said a word about it. At her regular cleaning, the dentist took one look and referred us to specialists; all eight consults agree with the new treatment plan. Long story short, if you’re a simple case and want Ivisalign style treatment, Dr. Graham is very well educated and a kind person. Don’t pay up front; if you're not paying monthly, they don't care if you come back. Don’t travel far to see him; it's a waste of time. Don’t expect to be treated as a person of equal value by anyone who answers the phone.
