My wife and I came here after a few consecutive bad experiences with our former dentist. We couldn't be happier with the change. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and really seem to care about the well-being of their patients. If the doctor has a recommendation that differs from what I was thinking, he lays out the reasoning in a patient, well thought out manner to ensure I understand all the pros/cons of any decision.

From my experience, this type of dialogue is the exception, not the rule, for many medical professionals that I've encountered. If you are looking for a dentist in River North, I'd strongly recommend checking out Grand Dentistry.

From the moment I walk in, the staff greets me immediately and makes me feel welcome. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable, and I never have to wait long before being seen. Dr.

McLean and Dr. Patel are incredibly skilled and always take the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions patiently. Any procedures I've had have been virtually painless, and the results were even better than what I expected. I highly recommend Grand Dentistry to anyone in need of top-notch dental care!

Update: I sent an email and left a voicemail , but I have not received any response. Kindly submit the insurance claim for my implant crown on tooth #30 to the insurance company at your earliest convenience. （STAY AWAY from this place!） I had two dental implants with Dr. Patel Deepen ,and started the crown process in June 2024.

After paying in full, I had to wait 2-4 weeks every time for my crown. One crown collapsed within 3 hours, leaving a gap that trapped food. I called multiple times during business hours, even left emergency messages—no one ever responded. Three times, the crowns didn’t match my tooth color.

I also completed my Invisalign treatment here in August and repeatedly asked them to help me finish my crowns quickly, but they ignored my concerns. They do not care about their patients. In October, we agreed to cancel the service, but five months later, they only refunded one insurance claim. My insurance benefits are still missing, and in the end, neither of my crowns was completed!
