I can't say enough abt everyone who works here. From the office ladies to the Dentist. Our Granddaughter chipped her front tooth abt 10:30 pm. . I called at 7:30am. Altho their schedule seemed to be booked full. They worked Mal in.

Thankful they were able to fix that chip tooth at that time. My granddaughter was smiling all day. You can't even see where she chipped it. And it was a nice size chip. Thank You for getting Mallory in and making her smile again! Ladies in office keeping being You. All the times l have taken grandkids for check up, You all have been so kind and friendly.

Wow, this place is unbelievable. Contacted them twice about becoming a patient. Ask them if their dentist and staff were vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccination. They had no answer and made the comment that "No one has ever asked that question, I don't know. I have to ask the Doctors. And call you back".

The woman that answer the phone and the office manager are the women I spoke to. Neither called be back it been over 2 day. , Wow, I can only take from it how they don't take care of their patients. So sad.

My family has used this facility for over a decade. We've never really had anything wrong with our teeth. At the beginning of March, 2021, my son had his 6-month check up. He comes back out with a hygienist who tells me that he has a cavity and BONE EROSION in his jaw due to a misaligned tooth. The "friendly" office staff make sure that I have all the paperwork explaining the COST for the filling and their Invisalign - which they want paid for upfront, no payment plan. And no other option is discussed. NO doctor spoke with me. NO X-rays were shown to me. Just here's what's wrong, here's how you pay us.

Plus, it was a new dentist in the practice who examined him, who I knew nothing about until after the new dentist saw him. I took my son to an Orthodontist. They did X-rays and took pics. There is NO bone erosion of ANY SORT. NONE! There is no excuse that can cover the blatant lack of medical professionalism committed by Grand Lake Family Dentistry. Even if they try to use the new dentist as a scapegoat, the hygienist is only going to do what she's told and the office staff only did what they knew to do. So, obviously, the dental practice itself has a lot to answer for. And the papers they handed me regarding payments, as I was asking questions, they turned the paper over and told me to sign the papers, that signing the papers acknowledges that they went over the pricing with me. I admit that it's my fault that I just did what they said and didn't read it, but I had BONE EROSION swimming in my head and they definitely went over the pricing.

I fully read the papers when I got home. What I signed said that I authorize the dentist to perform all the work. That is NOT what they told me the paper was for. I am so disillusioned. Maybe after this review, they will make some major changes. UPDATE: I took my son to another dentist to get the cavity taken care of - the one I was told that he had. The new dentist checked all his teeth a few times over and said that there was no cavity to be found. Six month later, we went back to the new dentist for the bi-annual cleaning and, still, no cavities.
