I discontinued with this clinic as of yesterday. I am currently one month postpartum and instead of the staff contacting me in a professional manner, I receive harsh treatment from the admin.

I understand that there are policies in place regarding tardiness and accept full responsibility but I still believe that everyone should be treated with respect! Staff needs to be trained on how to be empathetic towards all their clients!

Dr Grimm is an awesome caring Dr. I took my daughter in today for an issue she was having and instead of setting up another appointment and having her come back for a procedure he took care of her on the spot! He cares and really made her feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She has been to this office a few times and had excellent care each and every time.

The assistants in the office are very sweet and also treated her with amazing kindness and explained everything that was going to be done. We will continue to see Dr Grimm for all of our Dental needs!

The staff is very friendly!! Sierra performed my cleaning was extremely efficient and pleasant throughout, it was my first visit so she took time to understand my needs and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Grimm is personable and professional, was able to detect a potential issue happening right away and quickly gave me options to correct.

Chelsea was fantastic to work when finalizing my next procedure. I am very happy with my decision to switch to Grand Ledge Smiles.

From start to finish everyone in this office treated me so kindly. When I called to book my first appointment I let them know that I had a bad experience with another dentist office and that I’m very nervous. Martha reassured me that I would be ok. When I arrived for my appointment I was a nervous wreck and when I tell you that Martha made sure I was ok every step of that appointment she went above and beyond. Lori was my hygentist, she was so comforting and let me know what was happening every step of the way to ease my anxiety.

And then Dr Grimm came in, he’s very thorough and has a wonderful sense of humor. The whole team is amazing. And a special Thank you to Martha, you’re an amazing person Thank you will never be enough for how kind you were to me. ♥️
