I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Hofer and his team. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. Dr. Hofer was amazing, attentive, calm, and incredibly kind. He took time to explain everything clearly and helped me ease my anxiety through throughout the entire visit, which meant a lot to me.

What really stood out was how cohesive and supportive the entire office felt you can tell that this isn’t just a staff, they’re were real team, and that positive energy comes through in the way they treat their patients. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable and respected. If you’re looking for a Periodontist, who truly listens in a team that works seamlessly together, I highly recommend Dr. Hofer in his office.

This is hard to write, but I wish someone had told me before I committed to Grand Smile Dental. I came into this process with so much courage — ready to change my smile and my life. I prepaid over $22,000, trusting I was in good hands. Instead, I was met with broken promises, unanswered messages, and temporary dental work that constantly fell apart. Pain medication was often not called in, and I clearly explained which medications I needed — but I was ignored. I sent multiple emails directly to Dr.

Hofer regarding my care and concerns, and he never responded to a single one. He seemed emotionally distant and completely disconnected from my experience. At one of the most vulnerable times in my life, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Please don’t let what happened to me happen to you. You deserve care that listens to you, values your pain, and treats you like a person — not a transaction.

The Professionalism and attentiveness of each employee at Grand Smile Dental office was superb. Starting off with Ms. Isabell, her kindness and willingness to connect me with the right Dentist to treat my condition; was spot on. Ms. Varsha, from the front desk displayed what it really means to help a patient. She really took her time on the computer and phone; to connect me with the appropriate bank to finance my surgery with the lowest APR. That was such a “HUGE” help for my pocket.

Then of course was Ms. Beatrice, whom went beyond her role as an office manager. I was missing a document to complete the application from the bank. Ms. Beatrice was so kind and patient. She actually waited for me to drive back home to pick up the document, and drive back to the clinic. Ms.

Beatrice took her time on the computer and completed the necessary steps to get my application approved. A true Professional and kind person. This office truly has an amazing staff and Doctors. Trust me, you can’t go wrong. GOD Bless
