My 8 year old and I just got home from our appointment and 8 y.o. said to my 15 year old: "I had so much fun at the dentist today. We just laughed and laughed!" 15 y.o. said, "Well yeah dont we always have fun when we go?" And that's pretty much all you need to know! We have always received wonderful, kind, compassionate care, and we have some fun along the way too!

I can't say enough great things about Grape Lakes Dental in Manchester, NY! The location is incredibly convenient — just a short drive from nearby towns like Rushville, Canandaigua, and Farmington, making it easy to get to no matter where you’re coming from. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and professional team that takes pride in providing top-notch care. The waiting room is cozy and never overcrowded, so you never feel rushed or uncomfortable. I’ve gotten to know the staff over the years, and it truly feels like visiting friends when I go in for an appointment. The attention to detail is impressive. They even offer toothbrushes if you want to freshen up before your appointment, and the service is always prompt.

They’ve been so accommodating when I’ve had to reschedule, always working with me to find a time that works. And if you’re put on a waiting list, they’re excellent about following up if anything changes. Insurance and billing are straightforward, and I never have to battle with them or my insurance company. They make it simple, which is a huge relief. Dr. Labreque is fantastic — her gentle touch and precision make dental procedures feel nearly painless, and she genuinely cares about your comfort.

Plus, the cute images they provide to look at during treatment are a nice touch. You can tell the whole team is dedicated to making every visit as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Another great perk is that they offer free beverages like coffee, tea, and water, which makes the experience even more pleasant. I originally switched to Grape Lakes Dental because my previous provider no longer worked with my insurance, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and efficient dental team!

Absolutely top notch care since day one. I opened up to the doctor about previous damage done to my teeth and the work not being up to the par that I had expected or wanted leaving me feeling insecure about my teeth and smile. Dr. Labrecque had all the solutions and we went to work.

Fast forward to two years later, I have never felt so confident in my teeth and smile making me want to smile even more! A smile can speak a thousand words and dental care is so important. I am truly grateful that Grape Lakes Dental fixed my smile I had been missing for years and continue to give me the best care. The hygienists do a wonderful job at giving the best dental cleanings and providing all the best dental knowledge/ tips. To add, the front staff are exceptional.

The care you receive from the moment you walk in and leave is the best of the best! I do not plan to ever need or want my care elsewhere. Thank you Grape Lakes Family Dental for the hard work, determination, being family oriented, and changing smiles/lives daily.

Dr. L is the best dentist around. Very kind, understanding and gentle. She goes to great lengths to ensure her patients are taken care of and feel relaxed. She wants us to have a good dental experience. I recommend her to everyone.

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness. The front desk staff is amazing. Michelle always helps me understand my treatment plan and goes above and beyond to help with any needs. All the staff are amazing. I had two fillings today with NO PAIN.
