I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time checked in with Christie at the front and sat down and waited. After 30 minutes and four people were called back while I was in the waiting room I checked in with Christie to see how much longer it would be. She said, didn’t you check in with me, I said yes. She then says right I don’t know who took it out. But we’ll make sure you get seen then start asking me about my insurance and start saying something about something with the insurance.

The first time she said, you won’t pay any today bc of your insurance. I sat in the waiting room for one hour before I called another dentist office and while I was on the phone with them scheduling, that’s when Christy called me to say we have a chair ready for you. I will never return.

I have always feared the dental cleaning process. It’s that one time of year I would put off until the next one. Today, I went in fearful but came out confident. I have always been happy with Grateful Dentist’s work. I have a crown and an implant.

But today’s cleaning with Rachel was phenomenal. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. While my personal dental habits helped, Rachel still helped create an environment that put me at ease. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit.
