Call to make an appointment for my son, gave them my dental insurance over the phone but I let them know that we had a 2nd one from my husbands job. She asked me to call her back with details as it’s Friday and they need to check benefits before my son’s visit. We looked for the card unable to find it but I was able to remember the name. Called them back an Asian accent lady answered and I explain to her I wasn’t able to get it as we are working and don’t have it on hand, but I had the name so she could try to find benefits with that and of course my husbands information. She said she couldnt as there were many insurance under the same name ( different regions basically). I work in the medical field and if we want the business we will look for the information and try to get the patients in as soon as possible. Made my reaserch and yes there was 39. Yet it only takes 30 seconds to know if there is coverage or not and move to the next. I said so you are telling me you can’t check for benefits? She said no ma’am. I’m like then I might just go somewhere else because I don’t have more info. She answer so you want me to cancel appointment.

I took a deep breath …and said no I never said to cancel . She must not really care for my bussness. If this appointment was for myself I would have cancel right away but it’s for my son and I want him to get seen. So I told her I would call her back with info. I was able to get a hold of my husband and he was able to get information through his benefits website. So I call her and give her the information… then she calls me back to ask if we could jump start the visit that day and I said I was at work but that I was going to ask my dad to take him. My dad was not able to get there on time and when I got home it was too late to go or give a call back. I come to the appointment next morning (1/18/25) , for them to tell me that he might not be able to get seen since he didn’t go the day before. By the way the woman in the desk (not Asian) didn’t smile, greet us or anything, but I was like what ever. So I tell her my appointment was for today and she then said but we moved it for yesterday. I told her no one change the appointment why would you do that.

Also he was coming today as well so why are you telling me he can’t be seen? Keep in mind we were the first ones at the clinic and no one was waiting at all. She then repeats I have to ask doctor if we can see him and adds but if we are able to see him your gonna have to wait. I’m looking around and there is no one … so I said no ma’am I never changed my appointment but it’s ok I don’t need to be seen anymore and walk out…. Bad customer service, they rather be rude and lazy than to bank a few 1000s of dollars…. Because they just lost 3 adults in services they could have profit from…. Doctor if you see this your business needs someone to represent your practice in better manner. I’m sorry that you have lost 3 possible patients due to the incompetence of your employees. You worked too hard for people not to care for your bussness.

Dr. Hoang, Susan, and Rosa are all amazing. They make you feel like family. The work that they have done on my teeth is nothing short than perfect. I have been going here since 2015 when they first open their doors and will continue to go here in the future. I appreciate the clean friendly atmosphere and don't see myself ever going elsewhere.

Dr. Hoang and his staff are beyond amazing. My daughter and I moved from NY over a year ago and have not been able to find a GREAT dentist. I came across Grayson Family Dental and read the reviews and decide to give them a try.

This was the best decision for my daughter and I. Susan got us in quick, he filled my daughters cavities the next day and we couldn't be happier. I give this office a 10!!! They make you feel comfortable, and they have a sense of humor. I finally found my place! Thanks again team! And they have Sat hours!!!! 🥰
