I have extreme dental anxiety and have struggled finding a dentist that understands this. A friend referred me here and I am so happy she did. From my 1st visit I was greeted with kindness and understanding. The whole team made sure I was comfortable the whole visit and were never judgemental. Today I had my 1st root canal and crown ever done.

I was so anxious but Dr. Ladesic and Madison made me feel comfortable and helped me get to a relaxed state quickly and through the whole 2 hour procedure. This big procedure was easier for me than any cleaning or check up I have ever had with my previous dentist. I will definitely be coming back and stay more up to date with my dental care.

Bad place for me and my husband. The dental work felt terrible. Had a filling hurt so bad. I went back in pain. They gave me pain meds. The filling was too high and caused pain. And then the filling was breaking apart. The bill was very high for a filling. The cost was over $1. 500. 00 dollars. Pulling a tooth was over $2.

000. 00. They messed up billing records. I went to make a payment on my dental work for myself. And they added my husband bill that still had a balance from 2 years back on my bill and used my payment for his past due bill. My bill gone up in cost by 50. 00 dollars after making a 150. 00 $ payment. Totally wronged by them making a mistake and not fixing it. Doubled talked about it. And was making payments and they showed no credit for my bill. Making payments online to them and I could see my account info.

With balances owed. And now I can't find one of the log in to my account. I logged in using my d. o. b. and can't find that anymore. I told them I'm not paying them a penny more until I see a updated correct bill. All around they messed up and they knew they did. Why haven't I received anymore information from them on my bill? Probably it was they over charged and couldn't figure out there mistake. I'm done with them for good. They will never get one more penny from me.
