The dentist was very nice and knowledgeable however my time and my wife's time was wasted. After getting x-rays done and speaking with the dentist, we were told we would be seeing the hygienist, but a few minutes later, we were told that we would not be seeing the hygienist that day because "she was busy". What?? We did not take off of work just to come in and have freaking x-rays done. Now we may possibly have to come back twice, and all of this just for a cleaning.

If you know a patient is scheduling a cleaning appointment, you should have that time put aside for that. There's no reason we should have come in and not be able to see the dentist AND hygienist. This dentist office is unorganized and unprofessional.

Front desk personnel, very unprofessional. When I called for directions. She could not explain herself professionally, and stated: "I don't know what to tell you!" Mind you I am not familiar with the area. I was trying to get an idea where the office was. She was very unpleasant.

On a positive note, the young lady who took my X-ray was awesome. She was very professional. There is so much more, however, I think I'll leave it at that. The Hygienist was very pleasant, also the Dentist.
