Very disorganized office with rude staff. This was one of the worst dental office experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is unprofessional and the office is completely disorganized. I was 9 minutes late—still within their 10-minute grace period—but they treated me like I didn’t show up. I tried calling ahead to let them know, but no one answered. When I arrived, four staff members stood there and took turns being rude.

The office manager was especially loud and confrontational, putting her hands on her hips and acting aggressively. I also felt I was being treated differently because of my race. I left feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This location always show love!!! Very professional and attentive! I broke a feeling on one of my front teeth. I called them for help and it was close to closing. They allowed me to come in that day! My issue was fixed in less than 30 mins! I will always be a Forever customer!!!!

Dr Guest & his staff are amazing, & will not only make you feel welcomed, but very comfortable. & this is coming from someone with the biggest phobia of a dentist. They are patient, friendly, & nice. Thanks guys

JUNIOR ABRAHAM

It was a pleasant, but far different experience from my prior dentist. Over a dozen X-rays were taken of my teeth. Their health were measured individually on a scale from 1 (normal) to 7(decayed). Other than this, no teeth cleaning or polishing took place. 2 more visits have been scheduled in the month ahead. That was on April 12th.

Today, May 12th they said something about a crown. It was going to cost me $1008 out of my pocket. I turned it down. They appeared uncertain as to what my Humana Dental insurance would cover, even for teeth cleaning. I am very disappointed and frustrated!
