I cannot believe I am coming here to say this but today I had 2 appointments scheduled one as a follow up appointment to my periodontist and the second to the orthodontist. The company clearly had their lines crossed because I received a text message saying my appointment was rescheduled but it did not specify which one. I arrived at 3:30 and Sam clarified that the ortho appointment was moved not the Pediatrist, he was understanding to that and informed them.

While I was in the back LORETT calls me at 3:45 and leaves a vm saying that she's been trying to get in contact with me all day to confirm my appt even though I had already confirmed through text (this is what she stated on the vm) so when I approached the counter she started yelling and cutting me off saying that shes had a day and shes not in the mood for me and all i was trying to do is clarify so when Sam returned he asked me what happened and she again jumped in and started cutting me off, she says "oh if you just need your wire back in ill let you go back" i said you didnt want to hear anything i was saying but now you do? INSANE RIGHT? so i go back to the orthodontist and Tereasa whom ive been working with for months was apologetic on her behalf which she didnt need to because she is always sweet and kind and we have small talk often. on my way out i said "yall be careful " something i always say if not i say "yall be good" or "have a good one". This lady Lorett runs outside while im in my care and starts yelling " what did you say? im not scared of you.

" i said you heard me , and leaned out of my car because at this point i believe this woman is insane and desperate to get a reaction out of me and after how she disrespected me, she was about to get. I am contemplating contacting my lawyer in consideration of harassment charges, someone with access to my private information attempting to intimidate me in HER work environment as comfortably as she did.

Dr. Fady is always professional, kind and the quality of his work is awesome!!! The G.E. office staff are very polite and prompt. No difficulty in getting an appt. or long wait times.

Excellent experience. Staff was unbelievably patient and understanding. I’m very happy to say Dr Fadi is my Dentist. He really put my mind at ease regarding upcoming procedures. I’m very satisfied.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! First off, they are literally scamming people. They wanted to charge me $732 for a crown. . a crown that wouldve made me lose my tooth later on and wouldve had to pay for them to pull it out! I needed a root canal but theyre so money driven that they didnt give me the proper treatment! Then on top of that, they tried to do insurance fraud! IN FRONT OF MY FACE!!!! They gave me an estimate that would charge my insurance for a crown that was covered 70%. . . . then tried to put a code on there that I had him explain because NONE OF IT was covered by insurance. .

. He said that they make their own crowns and mail them! I said I'll walk it there if it cost $440 to mail it. . . He then said that they make their own crown. So I told him to bill my insurance and he said well its an in house thing. So I asked straight up, so you're scamming me? "Well I wouldn't call it a scam". I never left so fast. I've been going here for maybe 8 years and I switched dentists.

The fact that I know the laws wayyyyyyyy more than this guy does. . . just wow. So DO NOT GO HERE. They will scam you and wont explain why they're billing you for double. As another dentist said as soon as I told them, they told me, "You cant bill insurance for a made up code. " HA! Don't worry Great Expressions, I will be calling EVERYONE that I have to to make sure you won't be scamming anymore innocent people :)
