DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! TRUST ME! As soon as I walked in I knew it was NOT going to be good. Place is old and the restrooms are disgusting. The x-rays took forever because it's such a dingy old thing. Very outdated equipment. I did NOT get a cleaning done, just x-rays and exam by the doctor. Which is funny since I always get a free cleaning with my insurance. The dental assistant doing my x-rays was the only good thing about that place. She was very nice and patient! The doctor then came to do my exam.

After 2 minutes, she said I had zero cavities and no crowns needed. Which I need to get a second opinion because my old dentist a year ago told me I had 5 cavities and needed a crown. . . . . WEIRD! The doctor was NOT confident in what she was saying at ALL! I would ask her questions and she would look out as if she was lost in space trying to figure out the answer. Then her assistant answered a question before she could.

YIKES! I do not want someone like her to be my primary dentist. A word to describe her would be "looney. " I couldn't tell who was in charge there. Apparently it's the dentist assistant. Also they charged me 275 for my next CLEANING appointment. Nice try. I will NOT COME BACK TO THIS PLACE! PEOPLE WORK SO HARD FOR YEARS TRYING TO GO TO THE DENTIST AND WHEN THEY FINALLY CAN, THEY RUN INTO PLACES/PEOPLE LIKE AT THIS LOCATION????!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!

The Mt. Zion location in Clayton County office need RENOVATION, it still has box TVs in the ceiling with water damage, old installable furniture, service dental seating cracked/peeling, old dust carpet and everything is outdated. The office is depressed looking!

I was so nervous to get a deep cleaning because I'm so sensitive to pain. I left very surprised because Ciara was so patient and gentle with me. She checked on me the whole time and made me feel so cared for. I wanted to hug her after! This was my first time in my life I left the dentist with a smile. Go to Great Expressions and ask for Ciara!!!! Thank me later!!😃

GREAT STAFF! To the sweet woman behind the desk thank you for walking me through the new patient process. The kind, patient dental assistant. Ms. Cierra, the bubbly, funny hygienist, down to Mrs. Sherrie, the dentist.

They made me feel so comfortable I couldn’t even be nervous anymore. I’m a new patient and to be honest they were so quick I was in and out in less than an hour. That alone was awesome to me. Thank you so much ladies. See you in a few months!
