I can't stress enough how awful this place is. I found a new Dentist so I can finally compare. My new Dentist has windows. They took there time with the cleanings. They introduced themselves. I had to get a deep cleaning and they did it on the spot. At Amazing Dental I needed a deepcleaning and they had me come back another time. Then they told me insurance only covers one side of the mouth each visit. So they deep cleaned my right side and then 2 weeks later deep cleaned my left side.

My list of complaints. I don't like the setup of one hallway and open portals with no privacy. The Doctor doesn't introduce himself or say hi. He has big hands and always hurts my mouth. He seems really rushed. It felt like I was being water boarded. Mainly the Dentist doesn't really seem like he cares about giving good customer service and he rushes the dental care. It feels like they are focusing on quantity over quality.

Dr. Kazanis did an amazing job, she is the best dentist I've ever seen. I have a horrible dental fear and Dr. Kazanis and the entire staff made sure i was ok and gave me a pain free experience. Nothing hurt it was such a blessing. Penny is very friendly and does an excellent job making sure you understand everything before it happens. I absolutely love this place and will never go anywhere else

Great dentist. I manage a group home and we bring many patients here. I am blown away with the care and professionalism of this dental office. Several of my residents saw the dentist, Dr. Demi and she was so respectful and gentle with them.

I know they were scared to go to the dentist and she put them right at ease. Everything was explained and the whole staff is extremely welcoming, supportive and efficient. The residents kept talking about how they want to go back for care and conversation. Kudos

Fast, efficient, and they get the job done. The dental tech (Consuela, I believe) is friendly, efficient, and doesn't waste time. The staff as a whole are great, but I haven't gotten a lot of time with the actual dentists like I was used to at other places. Overall, tho, it's a good place for me as I just need a basic cleaning and checkup twice a year.
