I have had several dentists since I have been a patient. The only issue I had in the past we're billing issues and the Area Manager saw to me receiving my reimbursement. The new office staff are very unprofessional and in dire need of coaching. No staff member should eat at that front desk. There is a lunchroom, use it.

I should not have your lunch on my paperwork. Never discuss my Financials with other patients in the lobby. By all means speak to the dentist in a respectful manner.

Dr. Muthra has been WONDERFUL with me and my children. My journey with him has consisted of needing a crown on my front tooth, which was sooooo scary!!!! But he exceeded my expectations, he was gentle, kind and he does not stop until HE is fully satisfied and he is 100% certain YOU are fully satisfied!! This has by far been the best dental experience I've had personally.

I will continue to return to him for a long as he's in business. And his staff at the front desk at check out, LOVE!!! And basically everyone I've encountered in the patient room too, zero complaints about the way he runs his business. You can tell he takes care of his people!!!

I Definitely will NOT be returning. I would give this office a zero rating if I could. First, I thought I was coming in to have a cleaning only to be told that my visit would consist of a consult. Ebony, took myX ray scans, she wasn't gentle at all. Never once did she Introduce herself. I had to ask, her what was her name, and create small talk because the vibe was feeling weird. It's better , When Dr. Mothra finally comes in, I felt that his bedside manner was very ghetto. As I began to discuss my issues concerning my teeth, his focus seem to be elsewhere. He wanted to, more-or-less continur to speak negativity, about my Orthotist and my previous dentist. That was a complete turn off to me.

(Who does that?) I knew then, I wasn't coming back). His bedside manner was terrible. As the examination went on. He, proceeded to tell me, that I would potentially need a root canal, deep cleaning, and a crown to fix my issue. I watched this man lie, in my face. Mind you, I had five other consults prior to coming to see Muthra and no other dentist, gave me a diagnosis, as such. So that let me know, that Muthra was on a money lick out the gate. It really saddens me, because In life, I really try to support my own! (People of Color ). As always, most make it impossible. (I'll say it again ). The whole visit was ghetto.

Not to mention, the office could have been cleaner. As, I went to check out, Ebony and receptionist were discussing my alleged finding, they didn't realize, I had been standing there for a while, and heard EVERYTHING they said. I felt, that was beyond unprofessional. The moral of the story, as we all know, Healthcare has really changed. I had to learn, always get a second opinion, before deciding on who you will entrust your care to. Because, some Doctors will recommend procedures you don't need, and have you speding unnecessary money, for mo reason. Lastly, if a doctor doesn't fit professional standards, and/ or integrity moral, about the level of care you need, keep looking and find one who will. Granted, this was my experience, from my office visit. Therefore, If my review comes up deleted, I will file a complaint with the CFPB and the Attorney General.
