I wish I could have given them zero stars. I had an appointment for a tooth cleaning (that is covered by my dental insurance). As per the schedule, I visited the facility on 16th Sep, 2024. After the initial X ray and oral hygeine instructions, the hygienist started to do the cleaning and informed me that there are some procedures that are not covered by my insurance (which according to her was because I was seeing them for the first time) which I was ok with. She mentioned it would cost me somewhere between $300-400 out of pocket which I was ready to pay.

But in the midway of the cleaning she mentioned that she will not be able to do the entire cleaning for me that day (though she should have been aware that I was a new patient and had an entire slot reserved for cleaning). I requested her to complete it that day but she didn't co-operate. As a result of this I had my tooth half cleaned which forced me to return again on 19th September to get the entire cleaning completed. As a result of this I had to pay an excess amount of $347. 99 (in addition to $339.

99 that I paid on 16th September). I tried to reason this out with the center manager but she would not listen to me. I spoke to the customer service and they told me to mail them which I did. It has been almost 2 months since I mailed them but they never got back to me and I see no potential solutions.

Who is this new dentist, I think her name is Dr. Kass? She apparently does not know the difference between a cavity and regular teeth. I had a perfect xray. She told me that there are possible cavities that cannot be seen on the xray. And she wanted to drill my teeth and see if those particular spots were really cavities.

I have never heard something so ridiculous in my life. This sounds like a person wanting to line their pockets. Please Beware! Everyone else in the office was great.

Just had a great experience at my dentist’s office! They were super attentive and friendly from the moment I walked in. What stood out most to me was how timely they were—something that’s really important to me with my busy schedule. I felt genuinely cared for. Definitely recommend!

Amazing staff and great Dr. Quick and easy, my x-rays whichI don't look forward to ever !! was very pleasant during this experience , the dental assistant walked me through the whole thing step by step and was a very thorough dental appointment! I will be returning and bringing my son for his next dental exam!!! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!
