This is my second time going to this office. I had a great experience. I have a rare condition and the doctor I seen didn't know anything about it, BUT he really listened to me and helped as much as he could. He listened to the referral I made for a neurologist and my suggestions.

He also stepped away and looked up my condition and read on it. I will be back for regular check ups and thank them for getting me in promptly. Great office and I recommend.

Greeted by the very helpful and professional staff, and answered all my questions during a very prompt check-in. All questions answered by the assistant that took x-rays and examined me. Dr. explained what procedures were to follow and what the result we were aiming for. Very nice clean facilities, and very professional staff. Five star ***** GLBHC Bridgeport!

After being on a waitlist for some time I was finally contacted around 9:30am with an invitation to be seen at GLBHC Dental Office at 10:15am where I explained that I no longer needed a cleaning but instead wanted to be consulted about other ortho issues. I don’t feel the receptionist cared about a word I said because she still entered the visit as something which my insurance wouldn’t had been able to cover due to me already receiving services from another dental facility. Once taken back by the dental assistant / hygienist she continued to overtalk both me and the DDS as I attempted to explain to him what I wanted out of MY office visit as if we needed an interpreter or translator. Her constant interruption and interference caused me great frustration to which caused my reaction to her to be seen as ‘angry’ when I just wanted her to remove herself.

At some point she notified her manager Michelle of her take of our transaction and Michelle handled the rest of my visit within the office. At that point forward Dr. Alnaas [D. D.

S] and I were able to discuss the issues which I came to be consulted for, different solutions, and cost of service. I greatly appreciate Dr. Alnaas professionalism and level of expertise along with his treatment towards those who have mental impairments.

Shelly Maxwell, the new PA, was attentive and pleasant. She diagnosed me quickly. . . giving me confidence in her knowledge. We discussed my concerns and scheduled a follow up. I asked for a summary at the front desk, but was told it was not ready. . . then having signed my name to having read privacy form, I asked for that stated policy and was told THAT was the policy, I explained several times the difference in a sheet saying I had read it and the actual policy. . .

she finally gave me he missing paper. . . but didn't look happy with me. A "sorry" or smile would have been nice. And when I asked for a summery of my visit with Doctor Maxwell (needing to see what I was getting the prescription for and of other issues discussed, she said there was no summary. . . doctor was busy and there was nothing for me to wait for. But I did get the summary in my email and a follow up call with details of my blood work.
