Very good experience with doctor and staff on my first visit to office. They were very thorough with their questions and exam. They took their time as if I was their only patient. They made me feel comfortable.

Great experience. Dr Wittgens and staff are truly the best. Dr Wittgens takes the time to really listen to my concerns and then we come up with a care plan.

Always a good experience everytime I go in there. It's always a pleasure to see Urma at the front desk when you check in. The whole staff is very friendly and professional. My NP, Diana Hickey is very thorough and attentive. She doesn't rush thru the appointment. She takes the time to listen and give advice.

I feel like she really cares. The place is very clean and well kept. It's never that busy when I'm there, so wait time is never too long. I'm pretty much in and out in a decent amount of time.

I am 48 yrs old, and have been to see a dentist regularly for nearly all my life, with the exception of the last 5 years. Across those decades, I've had numerous unpleasant and downright scary experiences with dentists, hygienists, dental procedures and cleanings. So 2 months ago, after not having seen a dentist for 5 years, when I first went to GLBHC Dental, Imlay City, I was fully brces for the worst (like, snippy hygienists criticism for neglecting professional dental care for so long, rough handling of my teeth, etc. ). . . but, in reality, I got nothing but the absolute very best service!! I had my initial visit, about 2 months ago, where they took x-rays and, in conjunction with me, we developed a plan for my next few steos since I required more than a cleaning. .

. it was couple cavities that caused me to go there in the first place. Lol. The cleaning was quick, but very thorough. Then I made my appointment to get my first filling (in total I would need four, but three of them were teeth that had been painfully filled previously) which was scheduled for about 3 weeks later, and, I swear to God, I have never ever before had such an easy time of it. I was properly numbed up, but not overly so, and I learned that Dr. Walter is a master at taking care of complicated cavities - the kind that most dentists would have surely handled with a root canal instead, even though the tooth's root wasn't dead. Then I made my next filling appointment, which was scheduled about a month later.

I had my second one filled, which was even better than the first (smaller and shallower so it took less time) and when I went to schedule my third filling appointment, I was super lucky and got an appointment for the very next day. Dr. Walter and his staff had treated me so well that I was even actually looking forward to it. That was last week. I still have one more go but I was told that the rest of June and July are booked up and they weren't yet taking appointments for August. I was told to call back in July, and I swear to God, I have a reminder already set so I can call for an appointment to get the final filling done. I absolutely love this place!!!
