I must admit the dentist is my least favorite places to go. However I had an infection and needed a root canal. Everyone made sure I was completely comfortable. I was a 100% satisfied with the out come. Thank you so much to the all the staff that made me feel comfortable and not judged.

I will never have another root canal. I previously had dental anxiety. Worked through it for years and found a wonderful dentist is amazing. I needed a root canal and was sent here by a sub dentist since mine was out of town. The entire experience was awful. The office ladies were great, the second assistant on the 2nd visit was also nice. Other than that they approach patients nicely but during the process express frustration with the patient.

The first visit was so awful and then at the end they tell you they run out of time you need to come back which is awful for someone with dental anxiety. The amount of pain i was sent home in was awful. No matter how many syringes of novacaine they used I felt it all. I would never recommend a root canal to anyone. I continue to have issues with it still afterwards.

I would 100% not recommend Great River even though the doctor was excellent. My Health Partners insurance pays 100% for root canals. However, when I got there I was told that they did not accept health insurance and refused to even call the 1-800 Heath Partners number, saying it was "against policy. '" I was then forced to pay over $1100 out of pocket before I could receive services.

There are a dozen similar reviews on this issue, all saying that they were also forced to pay out of pocket, even when they had insurance. When I called Health Partners they said the clinic was in violation of their terms as a contracted provider, and now I am stuck in the middle trying to get my money back. Do not go here unless you want to pay a lot of money up front, even if you have insurance.

First off, I have severe dental anxiety. So being told I needed a root canal pretty much sent me into an anxiety spiral for months. Although Great River Endo was not in my network, I decided to go with them because of the peace I felt just by speaking to the receptionist when making my appointment. I received the most amazing care from the St.

Cloud office. From the receptionists, to my nurse Annie (who comforted me while I cried out of fear for the procedure) to Dr. Papworth who let me ask as many questions as I needed, he told me everything that was going on, he was so gentle not only in his technique, but also when answering my questions, and I didn’t even feel the Novocain, which is half the battle for me! I cannot thank this office enough for their outstanding care! I did end up having to pay more and it was an hour drive for us, but it was incredibly worth it to receive the care I did! I cannot recommend this office enough!
