Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and kind. The space is clean and well-organized. Staff listens to each patient’s goals in regards to orthodontia and works together to achieve the very best results. I am delighted to finally have straight teeth and no TMJ pain!

Don't bother booking a consultation appointment online. Was told they canceled my consultation because they didn't accept my state insurance. Yes, I understand that but I mentioned to them that I have a secondary dental plan under my spouse's dental plan and they still said they wouldn't accept me as a patient. They didn't explain why.

Even if you didn't have a dental plan and were planning to pay out of your pocket, they still won't accept you and get a consultation. That's fine. I'll just take my money elsewhere. :)

As an adult having orthodontic work for the first time- I highly recommend Great River! I compared prices and service between three businesses and Great River was the best value. I also felt like they took the time to answer all my questions at the initial visit and were thorough with the information.

Today my daughter is getting her braces off! All the staffs here have been nothing but great. I never have to wait long to be seen. They always let me know what’s expected at her next appointment. When I go to the front desk, the ladies know exactly how far in advance the next appointment needs to be done. Honestly, I come in with my daughter, get what needs to be done, schedule her next appointment, and that’s it.

I never leave feeling confused or as if my questions weren’t answered. I really enjoy this place. Bittersweet it has come to an end today. Thank you clinic staffs for all that you do!
