Edited:Marcia and Dr Jordan are great! I would recommend them if going here. I felt like Sarah doesn't do her due diligence when asking the patient about what is allowed with insurance and what isn't, and expects you to know what is in the charts when you do not have access to that. The staff that answers the phones do not always chart things correctly as I had asked to have both my sons and my chart noted, to help avoid being charged for things that aren't covered, and to not have a hygienist I didn't feel comfortable with. They only noted mine.

Then when I questioned this was informed that I need to KNOW what is going on with insurance at all times and they'd now note my sons too, which should have been done the first time I requested. Make sure you're on the phone with insurance when going to make sure services are covered, or are having everything preauthorized before doing something to be safe.
