[Update] Summary review: Great Service, Great Staff, No pain or Discomfort. Needs to pay a bit more attention to patients description of the discomfort the patient is experiencing in addition to the professional diagnosis. IMO. I just feel the patients description should be note and the solution should be based around that description. Although they shown great professionalism, I feel working a bit more with the patient will greatly improve the experience. My rating is based on the fact that multiple persons including dentist examined by ex-ray & observation and completely mis-diagnosed the problem 3 times, but a $8 Dental Mirror + my own eyes spotted the problem instantly! I made 3 visits to this office for a severe toothache in my First Molar (so bad I thought it was also my Lower Canine) and underwent ex-rays and exams by the Assistants AND Dentist to determine the cause. I was told I needed a "Root-canal" (offered at a great/low price) on a Lower-Canine and was given a prescription for Antibiotics & Motrin, only to find later by Self observation with a Dental kit purchased at a local CVS that the issue was actually a simple Cavity on a the First molar. I rubbed Orajel directly on the cavity (pics uploaded) and the pain ceased. I used a dental mirror to view the affected area (In addition: This Dentist gave me a few tooth fillings the I was told should last 2-10 years, but fell out in 3 days.

) On the Plus side, I never feel pain at this office, they numb the area Thoroughly! They are very professional. ______________________________________________________________________ I went for my first visit Today and was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism. I came in for a cavity filling and left with a new aesthetically pleasing smile. Seriously! Sherman "Sherman's On The Case" Allen D. D. S. did months worth of dental work in less than 45 minutes. Great Smiles Family Dentistry saved me so many visits to the dentist. They made me feel at home and as if it were actual family members doing the dental work.

I got tooth extractions and felt NO Pain! ZERO Pain. Needless to say I Highly, HIGHLY recommend n D. D. S. Great Smiles Family Dentistry: Allen Sherman D. D. S. Thank you so much.

Not sterile. He uses the same instrument to screw in the post on every patient without sterilizing it. And if the post doesn't fit, he puts it back in the box and grabs another one without sterilizing. Gross!
