I hate to give him a bad review because he is a really good dentist. However, the office staff is rude and incompetent and if you don't pay attention, you will be overcharged due to their errors. My son needed a crown on his front tooth. I paid the deductible on his first visit for the exam. An estimate was sent to the insurance company and a few weeks later I was given my portion. When I went to pay, I was quoted a price that included the deductible that was already paid. I let them know, they looked it up and agreed that it was paid. I then made the full payment minus deductible.

Soon after my son's crown was started. I then get a phone call, requesting payment, to which I replied I am paid in full. Again, she checks the records and says ok, I see it. Disregard. Come today, I received a bill. I called the office and she says it must be what the insurance didn't pay since it was an estimate. After being probed further (because I want to know exactly, not a "guess" of what it must be from), she states she will look into it because "I owe something, but probably not that amount. " I then state that I probably owe nothing, considering the prior discrepancies where they had not recorded my payments correctly.

She then very rudely proceeds to tell me that those conversations never happened because it would have been with her and she knows it's not true. . So basically she called me a liar. If you end up going here, watch your bills very closely. The person in charge of this is not very capable. I know i won't be back.
