I have been going to Dr. Fraker for at least 15 years. I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff. When I first started seeing her I was terrified of dentists due to a horrible experience. She went above and beyond to help make me comfortable. Over the years I've had work done and couldn't fathom going to anybody else. Cheryl, her senior hygienist/technician is a complete rockstar, as I said before her entire staff are amazing.

Our whole family sees her. Our boys had their first check up with her dad and come home from the universities for their visits Vs. finding someone new. If you're considering a new dentist, you won't be disappointed. They are the best. Thank you Sarah. X

Thankyou for the music I talked about my last review. Last year. I have not received my GOLD ONLAY put on by Dr Sprool some 60 yrs ago. He taught at U Washington. I did not receive the gold crown TODAY after my appointment.

I will visit tomorrow to pick up crown. THANks for all you do your professionalism & valuing your patients. I enjoyed meeting the new dentist which is professional & caring. I am grateful to be your patient. Peter

TLDR: Don't go here for anything but cleanings. My partner and I visited this office for a handful of procedures and cleanings. I want to start off by saying that the experience that we've had going to this office for cleanings was great I do recommend them for this. Everyone is friendly as well. I am disappointed, however, in the experiences that we had regarding the procedures done there. I am updating my review because during an emergency dental visit, elsewhere, it was discovered that the work done on my partner (by the same dentist that performed my own procedures) had been done wrong and there is no option but to pull the tooth.

Personally, my gum line was permanently damaged twice at this office by two separate hygienists. I had to have an additional visit when the work that took hours to complete failed as soon as I got home. The work was fixed but my expressed concerns about the first damage to my gums was brushed off. The third visit to have the work completed is when the second damage occurred. The damage was permanent but minor. I don't like to leave bad reviews for minor things and opted to not comment in my review.

But I must now have my work inspected and could also lose a tooth prematurely. Teeth are too important and I wish I had followed my gut when my concerns were ignored. I will not be returning to this office.
