I had an urgent dental need and was a new patient. The staff was very kind and understanding and fit me in within only five days of my request. Once I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating.

Dr Roti saw my promptly, offered me a treatment plan, and I’m on the road to recovery. My insurance coverage was accepted and out of pocket expenses were explained clearly. I highly recommend Green Mt Family Dentistry!

This is a great dental office to attend. I went there for a dental emergency and followed up with my next scheduled cleaning.. Dr. Roti is great, and very personable. Her dental Hygienist, Kerrie truly takes pride in cleaning your teeth throughly, but her side comments can be taken a little out of context. The staff at the front desk were professional.

I have been very satisfied with the professionalism of your staff. The attention to detail is outstanding. The only improvement that I see, is timeliness of appointments. This could be due to staffing shortage and or training. I certainly would recommend this Clinic and staff to other others.

Brian Alms

I liked the dentist and hygienists, but front desk has lot to be desired. I had signed treatment plan (fees good for 30 days). Front desk tried to get me to sign new treatment plan for $700 more. She said fees had changed. Stay away from this practice.
