I wanted to share my recent experience regarding my scheduled appointment. Due to my busy schedule during the week, I was unable to respond to two phone calls and several text messages. I found the text stating "see you at 8" somewhat misleading, as I arrived at the appointment only to be informed that I needed to reschedule. I understand the importance of communication, and while I recognize that I did not respond to the messages, I did arrive as per the instruction given in the text. While I can accept the need to reschedule, I must admit I was disappointed by the situation.

While I will not be rescheduling, I understand the challenges we all face with busy schedules, and I hope we can find a way to improve our communication in the future, in terms of making it know in a text that if we don’t respond you’ll have to reschedule. And not just say see you soon. UPDATE WITH PICTURE: Y'all need to get it together. I don’t appreciate being turned away when you said “see you soon”, And then to have the audacity to still send an email wanting me to make an appointment. Absolutely not.

UPDATE AGAIN 2/5/25: I received another email requesting to schedule an appointment. I don’t appreciate being asked twice to reschedule an appointment after telling your front desk person, when she cancelled my appointment when I arrived for said appointment, that I will not be back.

As a new patient, it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. My Dental Hygienist, Courtney, was very gentle and sympathetic towards my situation. So far, it has been an excellent experience, that could have been a high anxiety one for me.

I was highly impressed with everyone there. All were nice and understanding. I have some fears with dental offices. This dentist office understands the phobias different people have and they don’t judge. Dr. Lenos was honest and upfront about everything and discussed everything I wanted to discuss as well.

My past experiences with other dentists is they only wanted to hear what THEY had to say. This was not the case AT ALL with Dr. Lenos. I highly recommend this dentist office, staff and Dr. Highly impressed!
