All this office cares about is money. Unless you are prepared to pay money for every little thing, you won’t get help here. I get that this is a business but when it comes to people’s health care, it has to be more about more than just the bottom line. Once they get your money, they are through with you. Unless you are willing to spend more and more money. I had gotten blood work done there, paid another $100 to get my results explained to me. Started supplementing, had a bad reaction and wanted to ask some questions about that.
They told me I needed to pay another $100 to speak to her. When I emailed the nurse about something else I needed help with (breast pain that I had the doctor check). She ultimately ignored the email. But when I would email about purchasing supplements she would answer. They are not in it for the sake of caring for your health. If you go there, be aware of the constant cost of even having questions answered.

Literally the worst dentist I've been to. She filled a cavity and then within months it broke and I had to have the whole tooth pulled. She also drilled a hole in another tooth and apparently forgot to fill it. Very quick and careless. I've always had bad anxiety about the dentist, and she didn't help. The dental hygienists were great but she was awful.

I was seen at my appointment time without waiting and taken care of very swiftly. This dentist knew exactly what needed to be done the moment she saw me and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am extremely pleased with her work. She knew exactly what medication I needed right away and what was going on with oral problems. I will continue going here and this office is highly recommended!

My husband and I have been patients here for over 20 years. Last year they refused to see me because during Covid, I had canceled 2 appointments. Very unprofessional and rude! It was because of Covid that these appointments were canceled and they should have been more accommodating due to the pandemic! A few years back, as I was leaving, the guy (receptionist) told me I owed $38 because my insurance didn’t cover my x-rays. It was their mistake because they took x-rays every 12 months & my insurance will only cover x-rays every 18 months, (which they knew since I’ve been going there for numerous years).
It caught me off guard so I paid the amount, but after I thought about it, I was sorry that I had. They never sent me a bill in the mail and it was their error, not mine. I have since found a wonderful new dentist right up the road and they are friendly and helpful. My husband will be changing dentist now too! I would never recommend this place!
