I'm pretty sure this business is a scam. I booked an appointment with them because my regular dentist was no longer taking my insurance. I'm fairly sure that it's a HIPAA violation to not give patients forms that they are signing. Forms which detail policies and ensure privacy. What's up with that? Then they kept my drivers license and insurance card until I went back with a hygienist. I had to wait 30 minutes in their dingy ghetto-like waiting room, despite the fact that I arrived 15 minutes early. It was full of loud and gaudy women with young children. I was very annoyed.

The hygienist that eventually calls my name relays very little information to me. She says that she has to ask "the ladies at the front desk" all these questions about my visit, said that she THOUGHT that they were calling my insurance and asking for details about coverage. I don't think they called anyone. She proceeded to take dental x-rays and I'm not even sure if they're covered by my insurance! In the exam room, the hygienist was away more than she was there with me. She took one look at my mouth, (finally! It had been over an hour at this point) shook her head and said "I don't know, I'll have to ask the dentist. " Luckily the dentist had been walking past my open exam room door and he popped in. He asked me what my prognosis was to which I responded: "What?" Instead of answering my question, he shook his head and proceeding to dig around my mouth, eventually saying to the hygienist "No. " No? What does that mean? The hygienist said that she would not touch my mouth until I'm cleared by a periodontist due to my severe gum recession.

This had never been a problem in the past with ANY dentist I've had. She cut a name out of a piece of paper and handed it to me. "You can get a second opinion with a periodontist who's linked with us. " I asked if she was going to clean my teeth at this point, she said no because my previous periodontal work was "sketchy," which is one word that describes this joke of a facility fairly well. Please beware.

I really appreciate that this clinic is very clean and professional. Dr. Zhang is very friendly and he makes sure that you understand each step of the process. His staff follows after his example. They will take care of you each step of the way. Good and trustworthy dental clinics aren’t easy to find so I recommend them to anyone looking for good dental service.

I went here since I was about 9! He’s the only dentist I trusted and was completely happy with. He did my fillings as a kid! I chipped my front tooth in 2011 and had a filling placed and still have the same filling since 2011! It hasn’t fell out yet! & looks very natural . NOBODY CAN tell I have a filling on it! I think his work is great!! I never ever had issues with the fillings he did on my teeth. He’s a good dentist! I was reading some of these reviews and I completely disagree with a lot. .

. . a person said he referral out a RCT well duh he’s general dentistry! General lol a root canal treatments( if it’s molars) need a specialist because a general dentist doesn’t have the equipment needed for the treatment! & when you have tooth pain there are times where you WONT SEE anything on an x-ray! It’s the reality of it.

I absolutely loved this dental office! My previous dentist of 8 years retired this year and I was honestly having a hard time finding a good replacement. That changed after my visit to this office,Dr. Zhang was very kind and friendly. His staff was wonderful and very helpful.

I truly appreciated the work my hygienist did, she was patient and cleaned my teeth perfectly. I would recommend this office to friends and family going forward. If you are looking for a great knowledgeable place, this would be the perfect place for you!
