I was overall very satisfied with the service rendered at Greenfield Smiles until I was charged $20 for an appointment when absolutely no service was performed. An obnoxious dental tech told me that a x-rays were required prior to cleaning my teeth and I informed her that my brand new dental insurance wouldn't cover the x-rays because I was within a mandatory waiting period where virtually nothing was covered. She said in essence, "no x-rays, no cleaning," so I left without any service performed. Then I got a bill for $20. 72 because I "filled an appointment slot," a charge that, after discussion, they refused to drop.

I will pay the $20. 72 but they lost a customer. Very bad business practice, in my opinion.

Was very disappointed with my visit. I had to choose a new dental office since my insurance changed. When I went for the appointment, I discovered that they do not do the cleanings same day…it has to be scheduled after the “exam”. I completed the exam which was just x-ray’s and the dentist looking at my teeth. Went to schedule the cleaning, but they are booking out 3 MONTHS for a cleaning.

First of all, I am a busy full-time working parent. I don’t have time to have 2 separate appointments for an exam/cleaning. Second, by the time I wait 3 months for a cleaning, it’ll be almost a year since my last…I have never heard of a dental office that operates this way. If you’re a busy working individual, save yourself the time and book elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will probably end up going back to my old dentist and paying out of pocket for services because they’re not in network.

Edit to add: a few hours after submitting my “review” I received a text that seems a little unprofessional - essentially being fired as a patient. I was hesitant before, but now I will definitely not return.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I have a lot of trauma from past experiences and some anxiety. Karen is the nicest assistant and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We have the best conversations. Dr.

Sirotinski did such an amazing job fixing my teeth and helping me feel confident again. You can’t even tell I had work done and he was checking in with me the whole time and telling me what he was going to do. I recommend greenfield smiles to everyone I know.

Greenfield Smiles definitely gives you something to smile about. Very accommodating waiting room with coffee/water and great magazines. Always a nice offering of goodies for the kiddos following their appointments. The staff in the front office-Kari and the crew are super personable and fun. Dr. Landon, Dr. Sirotinski and Dr.

Ringwolski are all very skilled in their trade and really listen to patients. The hygienists are very personable and do high quality work. KC is a great addition to the office and is passionate about helping people take care of their oral hygiene. Mike is also great and has years of experience. If you are shopping for a new dentist I would highly recommend this clinic.
