Very clean organized friendly welcoming environment. Appointments are done so there is no wait time to minimum very little wait time. I've been going since 2005.

I had to transfer to Dr Ball because of a change in insurance plans. I was a little leery because I had been with my old dentist for many years. I had a cracked tooth that needed attention. My old dentist wanted to do a root canal to determine the depth of the crack and pull it if it was below the gum line.
Dr Ball suggested that we forego the root canal, prepare the tooth for a crown and if it turned out the crack was too deep just pull the tooth right there. In short, Dr Ball was able to drill the crack out and save the tooth. I am very pleased with him and his staff.
