Who would ever think that a root canal could score 5 stars?!? I just had my second root canal with Dr. Keating. He is kind, thorough and excellent at what he does. I found his 'chair side' manner to be just what I needed-giving me a little information about what he was doing but not too much.

I am also impressed with the staff. Everyone, from the front office staff to the dental assistants are always so friendly and accommodating. Hopefully I won't need their services anytime soon but if I need an endodontist Dr Keating will always be my first choice!

Had root canal on tooth towards the back. Dr. Keating did great. It went fast and now that the numbing has wore off I'm having a very small amount of pain. Nothing to keep me from eating or sleeping. So far no pain meds needed.

I had an Emergency root canal done by Dr. Keating. He was an angel. I was in excruciating pain that radiated all through my face for days. I'm so grateful my family told me to go to his and Dr. Beavers office. The procedure was fast, pain free and my recovery has been amazing. Through this ordeal I can deduct that he is highly trained, very educated and aims to do the best job he can. If I ever need this done again I wouldn't go anywhere else. (Hopefully I won't have to though) It's rare to feel like you're actually cared for, sadly, when seeking out medical help. My experience has been no care, not much listening, bad work. . but pay up $$$. The experience i had with Dr. Keating was the exact opposite. Before the procedure he took his own time to listen to and be there for me. I called his emergency line and he got back to me while he was out of the office. He helped reassure and guide me.

He worked me in the next morning and once I was in the chair at the office that Monday morning, he came in patted me on the shoulder and said 'You made it!'. (I was a wreck and didn't know if I could make it through another night like this. . . almost going to the ER multiple times). Judy at the front desk made contact with me, I didn't even have to call them back Monday morning. She was so kind and helpful everytime I spoke with her. Hannah, Dr. Keatings assistant to my procedure, let me know that they were going to take care of me and I really felt it. She was so kind and personable. You can tell the staff here love their job and LOVE HELPING PEOPLE. She made sure I was always comfortable and let me know that if I needed anything, they were there for me. She reassured me through the procedure and was just so kind, caring and professional. Hannah and Dr Keating were a wonderful team. The procedure was fast and pain free on my back molar. Dr. Keating spoke to me the whole time and let me know how everything was going. I was so informed and comfortable.

They took images throughout procedure to make sure everything was right. I'm just so grateful I found somewhere that cared about my well being. They treated me the way they would want to be treated. There was absolutely nothing bad I could say about the experience. This is a place that helps people. They don't look at problems and equate a money sign. They look at people and want to help them. After the procedure I only took one advil. I could have skipped it honestly but was advised to take some kind of pain relief for when the lidocaine wore off. I'm two days out and I can't believe how great I feel. Yes I can feel there was work done but there is minimal pain. I am just so relieved. Thank you so much for your genuine care Dr. Keating. it means so much to me to be treated so well and cared for. I hope all the goodness you put out is multiplied and sent back your way.

Dr Keating is the best! They got me in on the day my husband called as i needed a root canal. Procedure went very well. Dr.Keating is very skilled and knowledgeable. He and all his staff have the kindest personalities. Highly recommend going here.
