I had a consultation and two Root Canal appointments recently here after a filling from my regular dentist caused me to have pain. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The place was very clean. Dr. Michelle Stoffa is straight forward and to the point (in a friendly way) which I can very much appreciate. She is obviously very well educated and knows exactly what she's doing.

She was patient with me and walked me through the entire process, which put me at ease with all of the drills. The dental hygenists were also nice and helpful. I was nervous about getting a root canal for the first time, but Dr. Stoffa and her staff made the process so much easier! I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family.

I am not even sure where to begin with my experience at this office. I was referred by my dentist for tooth pain. The ONLY redeeming quality in this office is the very sweet and kind woman who works at the front desk. I waited much longer than my scheduled appointment time. When I finally saw the doctor, there was no apology for running close to an hour late. And then she truly had to be one of the rudest medical professionals I’ve ever encountered. Keep in mind, I’m a medical interpreter so working with doctors is what I do daily. She asked me which tooth was bothering me.

So I was waiting for her to look. I was laid back in the seat so I wasn’t exactly sure where she was sitting. So I pointed. Then she said “don’t show me. Tell me”. I had no idea how to explain to her what tooth it was. So she, in a very sarcastic tone, told me to count back from the back tooth. I informed her I wasn’t doing that and asked her to just come look.

She was not pleased with my response. Everything I asked her, was returned with attitude from her. And after spending $500, she told me there’s nothing she can do for me. So here I am, months later, still in pain. But I can assure you, her bedside manner is NOT normal and I would absolutely never go there again.

This office is Truly amazing, I highly recommend for anyone who may find themselves needing a Root Canal. Dr. Stoffa is incredibly thorough and cares a lot about her work… They definitely go above any other office I’ve talked with! Will definitely be recommending to all friends and family.
