I selected this doctor from my benefits. I read the other reviewer's rating, about the doc supposedly talking about how much money he was going to be making and decided to see for myself. What I found was not someone who was discussing what he was making, but a conversation regarding a course of treatment and a thoughtful consideration for what the financial responsibility might be to me. I was actually grateful he was up front and considering the issue as most dental plans these days don't cover all that much.

I needed some work done and need to know where I stand. His rates are no more than any other dentist, in fact his cleaning is less. What I care about is, is he a good dentist? And so far so good, he seems to be .

It's not the worst place I've been to for a cleaning but it's certainly not a place I would want to return to. The dentist rushes the cleaning and doesn't explain what he's doing. I need to keep prompting him for any information (the cleaning took about 15 minutes. . .

not sure how clean my teeth are). Also the receptionist is not particularly friendly. Going to the dentist already is a challenge for most people and unfortunately, this office doesn't help with that.

He is an “old fashioned” dentist and I mean this in a complementary way. He genuinely cares about his patient and you sense it the moment you sit in his chair. I was long overdue for a visit. He identified my issues, we talked about them and he put me at ease with the next steps. Never made me feel badly about not seeing a dentist in so many years. And his prices are fair.
