First time visiting this office. Dr. Beaya was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Marcus, my R. D. H. was terrific. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his patient care! Very knowledgeable as well. The front desk woman, not so much.

There is no excuse for anybody to speak negatively about one of her coworkers in any capacity. I work in healthcare myself, and I would never speak ill about my coworkers in front of a new or existing patient or even at all, for that matter. There was no professionalism or respect shown. My mother taught me that if I did not have anything nice to say, I should not say anything at all. She also told me that I need to treat others they way I want to be treated. Please keep both of those in mind next time you decide to speak ill about someone. You never know who is listening.

set up an appointment for simple oral scan. $60 is what I was told. I show up young brings me in the room as says Byra wanted to see me. I said didn't need to see him already had a CT scan, all I needed was my oral scan and I'm gone. she says she'll tell him. she comes back in and says he still would like to see me. I told her it's on his dime I only needed the scan. he didn't even know if he could email me the scan.

that's a lie. then he tells me he had to check with his tech person and he would get back to me. i call a week later to see why no one has called, and again they would get back to me. 10 minutes later someone else from their office calls wanting payment for the dentist coming in to talk. I told her I wasn't paying and her what happened. she said any dental office u go to u have to see dentist that's lie 2. they still haven't gotten back to me but billed my insurance for the visit. don't trust them.

it's possible I could of used them and had anywhere from 6k to 30k worth the dental work done. now they can't even call but keep sending me bills. penny wise dollar stupid. worst office personal ever. do not use you'll truly be disappointed as I am.

They make me feel like a valued patient. I'm always shocked when I come in and they remember my name. Everyone is extremely friendly, from reception to the dental hygienists. I have to give a special shout out to my dental hygienist Ting who goes above and beyond to make me comfortable.

I've had extensive maxillofacial surgery in the past which has resulted in pain in the jaw when I've had it open for too long. Not only does Ting frequently check in to see how I'm doing during cleaning, but she'll take breaks to let me recover and even massages my jaw when it gets fatigued and painful. Ting is fantastic and makes the experience as pleasant as possible.
