I'm a fairly new patient, but have a dental HMO that most won't take unless it's one of those mass-production offices with 50 dental students providing the services. Dr.
Keating is not that! So far, Dr Keating, office staff and the hygenists have been great! It can be a little tricky parking and leaving as the spaces are right on Powder Mill, so watch traffic, but so far, this has not been a big issue for me.

This was the most comfortable and professional dentist office I have ever been seen in. I recently changed insurance and a co-worker referred me to Dr. Keating due to the close proximity to the office. Everyone was very friendly and professional from the minute I walked in. The office is clean and well stocked with magazines and children's toys. My hygienist Sarah was incredibly nice and made me feel relaxed and at ease.
I have anxiety in dental offices but she calmed me down and was very gentle even though I knew I would need a lot to be cleaned. Dr. Keating was very nice and knowledgeable. He made me feel as if everything would be okay and nothing would be so bad that I couldn't handle it. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you find yourself to be a nervous patient.

I have gone to Dr Keating for approximately 12 years. He has been an awesome dentist in every way that I have needed. So, I have referred several family members to him over these past years. This last year I referred my brother and mother. He let my brother sit in the office for so much time while others came and got serviced and went home.
Then ended up giving my brother another appointment because there wasn't time to do anything for him. Of course, my brother has decided not to go back. For my 91 year old mother, he was to replace three teeth for her. He replaced two successfully. But the third was replaced four times and kept dropping out while she was just talking to other people.
Then he decided to charge her for those teeth. Needless to say my mother had to go to another dentist who found that there was an infection behind those three teeth and ended up doing a cleansing of that infection and root canal before successfully replacing those three teeth. Disrespecting my 91 year old mother is deplorable. I will NEVER go back!

I’m still trying to process this experience I just had. I’m a new patient who was able to get a new appointment within the week. The dental hygienist is amazing, she cares. You can tell she’s been doing this for years. Quick, efficient but most importantly dropped a ton of knowledge that nobody else has shared before.
Dr. K was extremely friendly, respectful and appreciated my good detail work I’ve invested in over the years. I’m mad I didn’t find them sooner. My old dentist retired and so I was scared I was going to have to return to the old predatory dentist office I use to go where they lie about what you need then tell you it’s going to cost $8K! Love my new dentist!!
